Delivery Timeframes

We move fast so you can keep your home cool. Orders placed by 3 PM EST ship the same business day, ensuring your HVAC refrigerant gets out the door without delay.

Most refrigerant deliveries arrive within 1–3 business days across the 48 mainland U.S. states. Shipments to extended or more remote regions may take 3–5 business days, depending on location and carrier routing.

All refrigerant orders ship via approved ground transportation in accordance with DOT hazmat regulations. Once your order ships, tracking information is provided so you can monitor your delivery from dispatch to arrival.

Safe & DOT-Compliant Shipping

Because refrigerant is classified as a hazardous material, every order is shipped in full compliance with federal, state, and Department of Transportation regulations. Each cylinder is properly labeled, documented, and transported via approved ground shipping.

All refrigerant deliveries require a signature upon arrival to meet hazmat and compressed gas shipping guidelines.
