Thanks for purchasing our refrigerants at IceCold.us!

NO RETURNS ON REFRIGERANT GASES UNLESS IT IS DONE IN COMPLIANCE WITH FEDERAL HAZMAT REGULATIONS AND RETURN SHIPPING FEES PAID BY THE BUYER.

All products being returned must be unopened and in original packaging with factory seal still in place, within 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE.

Each product has a 25% restocking fee charge, on any items returned. If your order is cancelled for any reason or redirected/corrected shipping address, we charge a restocking fee of 25% of the order total. 

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase, minus 25%. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
