We ship all refrigerant legally and comply with all federal, state and local laws regarding shipping refrigerant, which is considered a hazardous material by the federal Department Of Transportation. We use the proper Hazmat shipping labels and documentation when shipping all refrigerants.

All refrigerants delivered require a signature due to the Dept. of Transportation. Hazmat guidelines for compressed gas states that we must use ground transportation.
